The CleanBoard  PVC panel system is a versatile cladding system ideal for use in corrosive and/or hygiene environments such as:

Inside wall and ceilings of carwashes

Hygienic areas such as:

  • commercial kitchens
  • bakeries
  •  cheese production
  • abattoirs, etc

 Animal enclosures

  • Piggeries
  • Canine (dog), etc

The CleanBoard panels will never rust, rot, or corrode. They are easy to clean and ideal for areas where daily cleaning or sanitation is critical. They are a durable and moisture proof product with a smooth outer surface for a fresh and clean look.

The tongue and groove or click-in panel system is simple to install with no exposed fasteners.

The panels (HS200) have been tested by the CSIRO and achieved a Group C fire resistance classification based on NCC BCA Vol 1 Specification C1.10 (AS/NZ 5637.1 respectively AS/NZ 3837).

The panels, when perforated also serve as noise reduction or noise dampening panels. Test reports showing the actual values are available.
